This is a little poem about what happens when I meditate. My mind easily is filled with chatter and sometimes there are brief moments of 'all clear', then back to chattering. I try to remember that all that chatter is something I can watch move across my mind, like clouds passing. I don't have to believe the chatter, or actually DO anything about it. Except keep breathing. I 'animated' it in powerpoint. Luckily it translated to quicktime and I can show it here.
