Sit With Your Worries

I wrote this poem to remember that all those feelings are worth feeling...they have wisdom and beauty if I give them respect and attention...
it's called 'sit with your worries'

sit with your worries, sit with your fears, sit with your judgments, sit with your tears.
sit with your dreams, sit with your doubts, sit with your smiles, sit with your pouts.
sit with your shoulds,  sit with your whys,  sit with your lows,  sit with your highs.
sit with your yeses,  sit with your Nos,  sit with your joys, sit with your woes.
sit with your failure, sit with your fame, sit with your pride, sit with your shame.
sit with your comfort, sit with your pains, sit with your losses, sit with your gains.
sit with it all, sit with what's here, sit with it now, and watch it come clear!

This is a little animated version...

Thoughts Will Come

I wrote this poem to remind me that when I let go of my attachment to my feelings, my thinking and other people, I am free to redefine things, see them in a new way and act in creative ways...

Thoughts Will Come

Thoughts will come and thoughts will go, some move quickly, some move slow.

Sit and watch all that’s here, do not judge, do not fear.

Don’t hold on, let them be , as they are, then you're free.

Feelings come and feelings go, some move quickly, some move slow.

Sit and feel all that’s here, do not judge, do not fear.

Don’t hold on, let them be, as they are, now you’re free.

Things will come and things will go, some come quickly, some come slow.

Sit and watch all that’s here, do not judge, do not fear.

Don’t hold on, let them be, as they are, now you’re free.

People come and people go, some move quickly, some move slow.

Sit and watch all who's here, do not judge do not fear.

Don’t hold on, let them be, as they are, then you're free.
